"I have been a happy customer with Quentin Franklin's office for almost 15 years now. I've had my fair share of policy updates and changes, and from time to time, I've even had a few exceptions that needed special attention. In the past few months, I've had a couple of those situations that required special attention and Sade Ashekun, Account Representative, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions. She patiently listens to my scenario, provides me with useful context data, and makes clear recommendations to help me determine my best plan of attack. Sade is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and is a fine representation of the high customer service that anyone can expect when working with her and the Quentin Franklin State Farm Agency. "I'm having repairs made from an accident. I hoped we had Rental Car coverage. We don't. Malcolm pointed out if have only one vehicle is best to carry for rental.
